At Studio95, LLC, we take pride in crafting unique, made-to-order products with care. Since our items are custom-made for each order, we have a limited return policy to ensure fair treatment for all.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- We only offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@studioninety5.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the defect.
- We do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or other customer errors. Please ensure that you check the size guide and product details before placing your order.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- To request a refund or replacement for a defective item, please email us at hello@studioninety5.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
- If approved, you can choose between a full refund or a reprint of the item at no additional cost.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Fulfillment Costs
- As each item is made-to-order, fulfillment costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, it will cover only the amount paid by the customer, excluding any production and shipping fees paid to our production partner.
